Terms and conditions of participation

1. Project sponsor

The promoter of the Newland Promotion (»Promo«) is Jarltech Europe GmbH, Jarltech-Platz 1, 61250 Usingen, Germany.

2. Promotion period

Participation in the promotion is possible from 1 April to 30 June 2024, until midnight. The promotion ends automatically on the above date.

3. Acceptance of the terms and conditions of participation

By registering online for the promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions of participation.

4. Authorisation to participate

4.1 Participation in the promotion is limited to commercial resellers. Newland new customers and Newland existing customers must purchase a minimum value of Newland products from Jarltech during the promotion period in order to participate in the promotion. Orders cancelled at a later date will not be considered under the promotion.

4.1.1 New Newland customers are resellers who have not yet purchased Newland products from Jarltech.

4.1.2 Existing Newland customers are resellers who have already purchased Newland products from Jarltech.

4.2 Any legal or natural person who is at least 18 years old as a commercial reseller, is registered with Jarltech Europe GmbH and is resident in the European Union, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Switzerland, Serbia or the United Kingdom is eligible to participate.

4.3 Employees of Jarltech Europe GmbH and their family members are excluded from participation.

5. Prize

5.1.1 New customers will receive a voucher worth EUR 100.00 (GBP 100.00) for the purchase of Newland products worth at least EUR 2,500.00 (GBP 2,500.00). From a value of EUR 7,500.00 (GBP 7,500.00) you will receive a voucher worth EUR 200.00 (GBP 200.00) instead.

5.1.2 Existing Newland customers will receive a voucher worth EUR 200.00 (GBP 200.00) for the purchase of Newland products worth at least EUR 7,500.00 (GBP 7,500.00).

5.2 All orders of Newland products placed with Jarltech Europe in the period from 1 April to 30 June 2024 and delivered by 1 July 2024 will be taken into account to determine the value of the goods.

5.3 The voucher is valid from 1 July to 30 September 2024 and can only be redeemed for the purchase of Newland products from Jarltech Europe GmbH.

6. Participation in the promo

All eligible resellers who have registered on the registration page <URL> by midnight on 30 June 2024 will be eligible for the promotion.

7. Compliance

The promotion is aimed at the reseller (the reseller company) as such. The participant is responsible for complying with all company, tax and legal regulations relating to the company when participating in the promotion and, in the event of winning, using the voucher.

8. Legal process

There is no legal recourse with regard to the determination of the winner. There will be no correspondence about the promotion. The competition and the terms and conditions of participation are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Bad Homburg.

9. Processing the promo

9.1 The vouchers will be made available to resellers after the end of the promotion period.

9.2 The vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the resellers themselves.

9.3 Cash payment of the voucher value is not possible.

9.4 It is only possible to receive one voucher per reseller.

10. Premature closure

Jarltech Europe GmbH points out that the availability and function of the promotion cannot be guaranteed. Jarltech Europe GmbH reserves the right to terminate the promotion prematurely if its realisation can no longer be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons. The premature termination of the promotion shall not give rise to any claims by participants against Jarltech Europe GmbH.

11. Privacy policy

11.1 Jarltech Europe GmbH collects, processes and uses the data provided by the participants only in connection with the promotion and for the purpose of determining and contacting the winners. Jarltech Europe GmbH will not pass on any data to third parties without prior consent.

* Only valid for registered resellers in Europe in the period from the 1^st April to the 30^th June 2024. Resellers who participate in the Jarltech Newland Promo and are new Jarltech customers and / or have never purchased Newland products from Jarltech must purchase Newland products for at least € 2,500 from Jarltech during the promotion period to receive a € 100 voucher for their next Newland purchase at Jarltech (category 1). Resellers who are already Jarltech resellers and have already purchased Newland products from Jarltech must purchase at least €7,500 worth of Newland products from Jarltech during the promotion period to receive a €200 voucher towards their next Newland purchase from Jarltech (Category 2). Demo units cannot be combined with the promo. Only 1 voucher per reseller available in the specified period.
